Volunteer

Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Red Cross. Every day, people of all ages lend their time and talents to help the community through the American Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis. Volunteers serve at all levels of the organization: supervising disaster operations, teaching CPR courses, providing emergency assistance and performing office duties.

If you have talents to share, time to lend and the dedication to help others in need, please review the job descriptions on the left for outreach and disaster response opportunities. Then, complete the information request form.

If you live outside of the Greater Indianapolis Red Cross service area (Boone, Clinton, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan and Shelby counties), you may consider volunteering for your local Red Cross. Find the Red Cross near you.
